Every item we sell undergoes a strict inspection process to ensure you are getting an authentic product every time. No fakes, replicas or B-grades.
We guarantee 100% authenticity or your money back. (Our The Atelier tag must still be attached to the shoe for the claim to be valid)

As of now we have a no refund, no exchange policy.

However, in some special cases we will may be able to accept an exchange. Please understand that an exchange is not guaranteed and we may deny an exchange for any reason. If you have a receipt for your item and The Atelier tags still attached then you may attempt an exchange. Contact us at info@theatelier.com for more help.

Your order must be placed with matching billing/shipping address or it will be cancelled.

Yes, all of our second hand products are cleaned and treated. However, we still recommend washing and treating items yourself before wear as some stains/wear maybe further treatable.
